The following governs our relationships with users and others who interact with Soccer Seen. By using or accessing Soccer Seen, you agree to these terms. Privacy is high priority for us. We built Soccer Seen to make it easy to share information with your friends and people around you. We understand you may not want everyone to have the information you share on Soccer Seen; that is why we give you control of your information.

We do our best to keep Soccer Seen safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to do that, which includes the following commitments:

  1. 1. You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications to users.
  2. 2. You will not collect users' information, or otherwise access Soccer Seen, using automated means without our permission.
  3. 3. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
  4. 4. You will not solicit information or access an account belonging to someone else.
  5. 5. You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
  6. 6. You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
  7. 7. You will not use Soccer Seen to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
  8. 8. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this statement.

Soccer Seen users provide their real names and information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of Soccer Seen:

  1. 1. You will not provide any false personal information on Soccer Seen, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
  2. 2. You will register with a parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18.
  3. 3. You will not use Soccer Seen if you are located in a country embargoed by the U.S., or are on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals.
  4. 4. You will not use Soccer Seen if you are a convicted sex offender.
  5. 5. You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
  6. 6. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
  7. 7. By registering as a recruiter, you must be a NCAA Division I, II, or III or other college athletic association head coach, assistant coach and/or official collegiate recruiter or currently employed at a professional soccer club.
  8. 8. By registering as a player, you must in fact be a high school, club, or collegiate player who is looking to be recruited to a higher-level team or be part of a youth soccer team.
  9. 9. By registering untruthfully as a player or recruiter, you can and will be held liable for your actions and the consequences. Soccer Seen reserves the right to pursue further action.

Soccer Seen is not responsible for the actions of those users (players or recruiters) who do not abide by NCAA regulations. Soccer Seen is in no way affiliated with the NCAA. All users are responsible for their own actions. All users are responsible for knowing the NCAA's rules, regulations, and laws. Thesoccerseen.com and Soccer Seen, Inc. are not responsible for users who violate NCAA or specific sport governing body rules and regulations. Violators are subject to account termination. Soccer Seen has not reviewed all the sites linked to our Site and is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to our Site. Your linking other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.

While Soccer Seen tries to monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, information, etc, Soccer Seen is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Site.

The fact that you have visited this website legally binds you to all the aforementioned Terms of Use and we encourage you to read the full document. Soccer Seen has the right to terminate membership and usage of any users who Soccer Seen, Inc. feels have violated Soccer Seen's Terms of Use. Soccer Seen may at any time revise the contents and these Terms by updating this posting.
